Glumness

Hello everyone. All of the people in my house and basically all of the people in my family are really somber and glum today. Today is is the 1 year "anniversary" of my uncle Michael's death. He died at forty four of lung cancer. I don't know why, but I'm not too sad. It's not that I didn't love him, I just didn't know him that well. It's boring to be alone when both your parents are at work. But I usually sing with songs on YouTube when both of my parents are gone. I watched some of the American Girl movies yesterday when the house got too quiet. I love them.
Two days ago was the Girl Scout presentation. It went well, only one little girl threw up all over the floor, right behind where I was standing. I was totally grossed out, and the sound of it made me want to vomit, too. The rest went well, I got to present my poster about high adventure. High adventure is a zip line and a two-line bridge. There was also a rock wall, a rope swing, and we had to use teamwork to solve a horseshoe knot. A horseshoe knot is basically where everyone stands with their hands linked, and they have to get one side of the knot to the other without letting go. It took about 45 min. to complete.
Anyway, I hope you are having a nice day.
Bye for now,
Sarah.
